Tool Making
Our in-house tool shop is the backbone of our flexibility. We manufacture dies and tools directly on-site – quickly, cost-effectively, and precisely tailored to your component. Change requests? No problem. We act instead of debate.
Materials
From stainless steel to heat-treatable and structural steels to high-quality special alloys – we master the materials your application demands. Stainless steels like 1.4571 and 1.4301, classic steels, brass, aluminum, and copper-nickel alloys are part of our standard repertoire. Our raw material warehouse is stocked – so you get what you need quickly.
Perfect dimensional accuracy and surfaces
When precision matters, we're there. We calibrate surfaces to specification and finish surfaces according to your requirements – whether sandblasting, pickling, vibratory finishing, or electropolishing. The result: forged parts that don't just fit, but impress.
